Christie’s International Real Estate returns to Singapore
Global high-end property agency Christie’s International Real Estate revealed on August 22 that it has already officially launched in Singapore. This is not the first time Christie’s International Realty opened an office in Singapore. In 2017, it became part of the previous SQFT Nexus, founded by its Singaporean proprietor and running director, Dave Loo. Unfortunately, it subsequently closed in early 2019.
” The existing dynamism and potential in Singapore’s deluxe home realty market, combined with the raising need for global investment chances from both individual and institutional capital based in Singapore, makes this the perfect time to reintroduce the Christie’s International Property brand here,” claims Himmat Singh.
The global real estate firm maintains a close partnership with Christie’s auction house for the sale of fine art and luxury products, consisting of wine and watches, supplying customers connectivity to restricted marketing partnerships and a connection with the auction house.
They are going to be joined by Himmat Singh who will function as joint handling supervisor, and Rohini Singh as supervisor. Both are long-time proprietors of Christie’s International Real Estate’s affiliate in India, and have over 25 years of experience in high-end realty.
The Singapore associate signs up with the firm’s existing connections throughout Asia, including in India, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Dubai.
This time, Christie’s International Property Singapore is going to function under new control and administration, led by Singapore-based Harmeet Singh Bedi as managing director and Dipika Bedi as supervisor. Harmeet Singh Bedi, former chief executive officer of Singapore-based Prime US REIT Management, brings over thirty years of banking and property investment administration expertise with him. Dipika Bedi has more than 20 years of knowledge in advertising, marketing, art sales, and occasion monitoring.
The company is operating from a recently restored historic shophouse on China Road in the CBD. It is going to be experts in non commercial brokerage house services, paying attention to Singapore’s luxury realty market. The firm will even help Singapore-based resources, both private and institutional, with international real estate financial investment opportunities via the brand’s global network in close to 50 nations and areas.
Harmeet Singh Bedi says: “Singapore is a tight-knit, extremely capitalised, and brand-conscious luxury realty market, with buyers and vendors that expect the highest level of service– specifically what Christie’s International Property offers.”
