Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the area of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the team got the property uninhabited.

The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and roughly 1km starting with Curtin University. Positioned for accessibility, it is a short trip from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD via Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The area also provides closeness to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are designed with nautical themes, including light grey tones and dynamic aquatic blue colours to show the coastal associations of the area. All spaces are self-contained studio units with assistance services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite attendant and housekeeping services.

Coliwoo has begun its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand name, a co-living subsidiary among the real estate administration services group LHN Group, disclosed in its statement last September that it had actually gotten the Pasir Panjang property for $30 million.

Coliwoo plans to open added co-living real estates in different locations next year, consisting of River Valley Road, Rangoon Road, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Street and Arab Avenue.

Chong Ching Yeng, primary commercial official of Coliwoo, states that the label is thrilled to broaden its co-living portfolio inside the metro edge following the launching of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Noting the demand among students and working professionals for long-term yet versatile stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and accessibility without compromising on quality, especially through its top area in the heart of Pasir Panjang.”
