HDB Sees More Reports On Social Disamenities During Circuit Breaker

In replying to Member of Parliament Pritam Singh’s question in relation to what constitutes a public unpleasant quality, SM Sim indicated that it is made up of affairs relating to sounds, cig odor and foul stenches.
